This may be bending things a little, but it is 2 separate signs (though on the same post)

From 1991 1996 on US 93, a Montana speed limit sign, with no daytime limit for cars, only a daytime truck limit, and a night limit for all vehicles:

Well, the original Challenge used as speed advisory sign (not technically a speed limit) as one of the two, so I'd say this certainly qualifies.

How did Montana handle the NMSL, as it was repealed in 1995?

Got the date wrong. 1991 was when I first was out that way, but the photo was taken on my 1996 trip. Correction made above.

Here's another split speed limit sign, in Colorado from 2011, on US 550 south of Montrose. This seasonal split limit was due to wildlife crossings in the off-season. IIRC, the split limit was later changed or eliminated.

Technically a park road. It's an access road to Lake Fort Smith State Park (and the only Route 400). Actual park roads in Arkansas are not numbered in the field, but exist only on paper.

^I like that you have to specify that it's the ONLY Route 400, because it's frickin Arkansas.   :sombrero:

I take pictures of road signs, that's about it.

General rule of thumb: Just stay in the "Traffic Control" section of the forum and you'll be fine.

Quote:colorful: Monthly recap for March! :colorful:

In addition to the already-posted Challenge for today, it is also Monthly Recap time. All Challenges since the previous recap (on Februaruy 26th) are re-opened from now through the end of March. (A couple were never closed...and a few more were never opened in the first place. In both cases, those Challenges would still be available even after the recap period ends, unless they are closed during it.)

New Challenges will also be posted for March 30 and 31, and will likewise remain open through the end of March. (They will also be re-opened during the April recap, so if you're savvy, you'll use these dates for the Challenges that you want to have the most chances to submit for!) :)

Isn't that part of the much longer US 40, rather than a separate route?
