Where is that, exactly?  I used to run a daily delivery route in that area, and a few of the hospitals were customers of ours.

Here. :bigass:

So...  It's for Life Line Ambulance 1½ blocks south, then.  Not even for a hospital.

Must be; that's what made this one tricky, since it's not directly at an ambulance corps' driveway, nor a hospital.

Figuring out the date is also a challenge: a 2012 view more closely matches the cityscape. Note that the fence over the culvert remains popular for political signage, but the candidates are different. Dave Severin was elected in Nov. 2016, so the photo must be from not long before then. However, The Hub rec center was opened in January of 2015, yet appears to be under construction in the photo. (As far as I can see, Severin did not run for office in 2014.) This is probably just my misinterpretation of the photo, however; the construction vehicles are probably there for some other reason. And the brick building with the white slanted roof was still present in 2016; it has since been replaced by another structure.

22 letters (no G, J, Q, or Z). Even without the truck regulation sign there's still 20 (no K or V).

This should work!  I-10 eastbound in Mobile.  6 letters are missing.  Strangely, one of them is R.  (BFJQRZ)
