Now I got to see the Manila Skyway 3 construction in person and its pretty cool. Also on the North Luzon Expressway in Pampanga I got to see this in person and this freeway reminds me of the Yolo Causeway in Sacramento in some parts due to that some sections enter marshland between San Fernando and Angeles city.

Pampanga is like the Philippines version of Sacramento Valley though given that there's farmland between the urban areas like Clark, San Fernando and Angeles and its in the shadows of Manila.
