Includes some mention of the recent Pandacan fire that caused the nearby portion of viaduct to collapse (and thus may delay completion of the highway a few months).

Here is the construction of the Cebu-Cordova Expressway. This is one of the major freeways under construction in the Philippines and its outside of the Luzon area.

Maybe this is bordering on fictional, but is there any word about fixed link connections between Luzon and Samar, or any other two major islands?
