Roman numerals have to be spelt out? If not, give me a P and I'll return a V :sombrero:.
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

I'll allow it just for the ability to get V's into play. Update to the rules:

13. A name plays out according to its full spelling. (Example: M. L. King Jr. plays out as M(artin Luther King, Junio)R.)

14. Signs do not have to be in English, but if it is unclear what part of the name counts, you need to clarify it. Names play to the official or common language of the jurisdiction in which the sign is posted. Exception: A sign intentionally done in a different language (example: French in an English jurisdiction) can be played in the alternate language.

15. Numbers are playable as spelled out per rule 13. Ordinal and cardinal forms are significant. (Examples: "1st" St. in a USA city plays as F(irs)T. "Old Highway 51" plays as F(ifty-on)E. But "Rue 1e" in Quebec plays as P(remier)E.

16. An exception to the rule #15 is Roman numerals. Roman numerals can play either literally ("XIV") or per rule 13 ("Louis XIV St." plays as L(ouis the Fourtheent)H but "Rue Louis XIV" plays as "L(ouis Quatorziem)E."

(I know of a Rue Louis XIV and may be able to get a picture of it this weekend.)
