Yes, it is. I called its location "Falls Church" only because postally FC extends well beyond city limits and even the Beltway, and I was working off a street list covering Falls Church postal addresses.

No worries, I know how the addresses work over there. Strathmeade Square is sort of behind Fairfax Hospital but has an Annandale mailing address, based of course on where the post office is.
