Let's try to start this back up again! It seems like there's an endless supply of the West Virginia "fractional" street blades, so I'll have plenty of signs to pick from!

Airport-Pulling Road → Greenland Drive, near Washington, W. Va.

One bummer about this thread having a "once played, never again playable" rule is that, living in a tourist city, a lot of my local major streets have been played by other people before I even lived here. Oh well, I guess that gives me an incentive to start taking photos of the ridiculous minor-street names around here...

It should be fine. I think it's a playable name based off of Rule 3...

The problem is that a lot of the common ending letters aren't anywhere near as common as beginning letters. For instance, a few posts ago we were stuck on K, but off the top of my head I couldn't think of a single major street in Las Vegas that starts with K. Adding to the problem is that this game doesn't allow duplicates, so even if I tracked down a few minor neighborhood streets that start with K, I would probably run through them pretty quickly and we'd end up stuck on K again. Most people probably ran through the streets near them with common ending letters years ago.

This is why a lot of people pop into the name-game threads to post random places and streets that end with C and W and F and such. Those are rare as ending letters but common as starting letters, so they are valuable plays.
