(One of only two ND pictures I've ever taken, despite having lived in the state for a year and a half. I wasn't big into road photography then.)

I'm okay with the 24 Hour Rule used here, similar to other photo threads.

(I've been stumped on the last few, and didn't get in on 209-210 quick enough.)
