While it won't top the Las Vegas intersection, Eagle Road at Pine Road in Meridan, Idaho has around 30 vehicular heads and 4 pedestrian heads for a total of at least 34.

Nice! Idaho has really stepped up their game. Very California-ish.

Any idea which agency is responsible for that install? I'm guessing state, since it's a state highway, but that's not always the case in WA.
