Does MoDOT sell off decommissioned traffic lights?

Hello all. I was wondering if MoDOT sold off their decommissioned traffic lights, and if so, where do I find them?

Typically DOTs don't have massive stashes of retired traffic signals in warehouses. Normally new ones are supplied by contractors, who take possession of any removed ones (I got a stash of retired Mn/DOT signals by approaching a contractor)
