Sorry for the crappy picture, it was nearly pre-dawn and rainy. This sign is gone now and the one that was just like it eastbound is also gone. This was taken when I was on my way to the Edwardsburg, Mich. meet back in 2006.

Yes I'm breaking the rules by following an I-74 with another I-74, but I was originally replying to David's wide I-40 sign.

I believe at the time the US 62A was an error (should've been NY 62A), but I vaguely recall this route has since been elevated to US status?  Anyone?
