There's really no point in giving it a number.  The I-89 jct doesn't have a number.

If they can get it extended up to Battery St next to the rail yard, that would be ideal and I think that's still the eventual plan. 

Isn't there a superfund site in the way or something?

Apple Maps has been updated to show the completed Champlain Parkway. However, it shows the Interstate 189 designation continuing to Home Avenue, which it does not.
