Forum time is 17 seconds behind real time

It used to be that forum time matched real time exactly. However, I just noticed that it's 17 seconds behind real time now. It probably changed a few days ago after the forum downtime.

EDIT: It suddenly fixed itself after I posted to this topic...

I saw the thread title and expected the OP to be someone a bit further west.
Don't pick apart my vision of complete psychotic breakdown, please.  I'm trying to make a point here.
