I-69 Connector in Arkansas

ARDOT released the plans for what they called "The I-69 Connector" back in 2009.

Honestly this looks more like the I-530/AR-530 extension to Louisiana.

Thank you. I searched but must have missed it.

The "extension" in question takes the "530" concept (actually its own I-69/HPC 18 SIU) and shoots it down parallel to US 425 and/or US 165 to at least Monroe, LA and possibly as far south as Alexandria or I-10.  The whole thing is still a bit fictional, although IIRC there have been some studies undertaken at least at local or district levels regarding the efficacy of such a corridor.  Some critics of the I-69 general alignment in the area have even suggested turning I-69 itself south on this route so it can multiplex with I-20 over to Shreveport, more as a $$-saving measure than anything else; that idea hasn't gotten much in the way of traction.  Whether a Little Rock-Central Louisiana N-S corridor would ever have much traffic potential has yet to be explored; the concepts to date have primarily touted opening up the heretofore untapped region for development as a corridor rationale (a concept seemingly still salable in the South).
