We've already taken I-5 into San Diego.  In fact, I'm not sure there's a valid play left for the I-5 corridor.

Maybe it's time to consider allowing reuses?  What about a rule where a city can't be reused if it's appeared in the last 10 pages of the game.  Or something like that.  It's not my game, so I'm just spit-balling here.  It's up to Jim what he wishes the final judgement to be.

I'm open to reuse if we're otherwise a little stuck, but in this case there are many ways out of places named Centralia.  So I'll offer one.
