TX: Flower Mound Removing Detection Cameras

I have no idea why, but the Town Of Flower Mound is removing detection cameras from its signals. At one intersection, I have noticed a reduction in performance. The green arrow sometimes fails to activate when the left turn movement is occupied.

That's incredibly odd...

My area has been removing video detection at a lot of signals, but replacing it with traditional loop detection when they do.
