1. FM 428 (Sherman Dr) at LOOP 288 ramps: Intersection being converted to all-way stop. Signals to be installed in the future

2. Locust St (US 77/377 NB) at Parkway: Signals to be removed this week https://www.google.com/maps/@33.2181047,-97.132382,3a,75y,348.87h,90.71t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sWfWytYJjWq5KIBUOI_mTXQ!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo3.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DWfWytYJjWq5KIBUOI_mTXQ%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D153.52263%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192

I have a problem with total removal. Since Parkway is two lanes per direction, I think the signals should be converted to flashers to prevent stop-sign running accidents.

4. Denton Square: "Barnes dance" pedestrian only signal phases: walk signals never come on. The hand stays on. A voice says something like: Walk signal is on". I guess the controllers are incapable of doing pedestrian-only phases. At Locust and Hickory, the new signals are set up better to eliminate the confusion problem with two directions of traffic conflicting on green balls due to the street changing from one to two-way at the intersection. They way they went about it is odd, though. Traffic on WB Hickory gets flashing yellow right arrows only, never a green arrow or ball.
