There's an irony to this...by his own rules, Rothman is now restricted to travel in Kentucky, Louisiana, and Texas to move up further. (With a few exceptions sprinkled here and there.)

Given he uses Virginia secondaries he can go there as well to get numbers over 1000.

Could argue that North Carolina and South Carolina are also in play as they post their secondary systems with routes above 1000.

Pennsylvania too, though there are numerous gaps. NC has almost no routes between 1010 and 1099.

I drove on a section of US 48 in West Virginia today! The next number that I haven't been on is still 107.

1 - LA 1, many, many times.  Also NASA Road 1.

2 - Texas PR 2.  I've crossed FM 2 several times, but not actually driven on it.

3 - TX 3

4 - TX 4

5 - I-5 in both Washington and California, on business trips

6 - TX 6 - I'm an Aggie, this is a given.  Also US 6 (as previously mentioned) and LA 6

7 - US 7 (Danbury, CT)

8 - Beltway 8 in Houston

9 - US 9 (Peekskill, NY), NY 9A

10 - I-10 in several states, also FM 10

11 - US-11 (on its concurrency with I-20)

12 - TX Loop 12 (fairly obvious, as a Dallasite)

13's...
- There is no TX 13 or TX Spur 13.  There's also no I-13.
- TX Loop 13 is in San Antonio.  I've been there, but mostly only the tourist spots, so probably not.
- I've been CLOSE to US 13, but don't think I've ever actually been on it.
- LA 13... maybe?  But if so, it was years ago and I don't remember for sure.
- NY 13 is farther west in NY than I've been.
- I've been on US 40 in CO, but not as far west as its concurrency with CO 13.
So unless I ended up on some other state Hwy 13 on one of my road trips and didn't realize it or just don't remember it, it's 13.

Just to update this, I started working on Travel Mapping over the weekend and learned that I have in fact driven on a Route 33 - the short stretch of MO 33 that overlaps US 36 west of Cameron.

So that bumps my number up to 48. Hoping to knock that one out too later this month.

Finally got a Route 48 on my clinching trip in Northwest Missouri this past weekend. My next number would have been 92, but I got MO-92 this weekend also, so that takes my number all the way to 105.

Still need to add all the details in my .list file (which will not be easy since French roads are kinda like Kentucky State Highways where everything is a numbered route), but after visiting France this past week and driving all over Ile de France, Normandy, and Brittany, my new total is all the way up to 523.

Not gonna lie I totally missed Loop 116 adjacent to US 59 on the way home from Houston yesterday. I was driving northbound on it and didn't really want to turn left twice, had I been driving southbound, I probably would have driven it.

AR 116 is about a two hour drive west of here, and my next lowest after that is 119, which is about a two and a half hour drive to my northeast.

I forgot that I drove on a piece of PA-230 back in April 2024. I just got back from a trip involving Indiana 262 and Indiana 263, which were two missing numbers on my list. I technically have mileage along a duplex with TN-272, so I think my next missing number is 298. I also have 300 missing so I'll have to work on both of those numbers.
