The "OS House" (the first pic) reminds me a bit of Tracy Villa in Tracy Island in the tv series Thunderbirds

That didn't come first to my mind.  But, I've seen pictures of similar designs to "OS House" as long as I can remember.   But, the Thunderbirds (1965) are almost the same age as I am...
