Wisconsin 60 => 60 mph daytime speed limit for trucks, in Montana when it had no fixed daytime rural limit for cars:

Error KY 60 marker at the end of the Bluegrass Parkway (has since been fixed.)

Opposite error with the US 60 that should be New York 60 on the Thruway.  August 2, 2016.

LA 26 => 26% grade ahead on CA 108. (It wasn't that bad, short grade and my el-cheapo rental car had no problem with the climb.)
