Yes. There are two PA 97 signs at WV's western terminus at US 52/WV 80 near Gilbert, WV. There's an East PA 97 assembly across the road from this, but I included the one with the US 52 sign to give evidence that this is indeed an error and not a Pennsylvania sign.
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.
