News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

It does not need it as the flyover is there.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

They can use ground-level Causeway onto the I-10 EB ramp to get to Bonnabel. That was advertised heavily when the reconstruction was in the news.
