"Mommy, I cut my hand!" (early '80s PSA)

Anyone else remember this? There was an Ad Council-style PSA on TV around 1982 or 1983 in which a little kid yells, "Mommy, I cut my hand!" Then it shows the kid's hand bleeding.

Everyone else says I made this up, and I've never found it on YouTube.

I also remember one where an old man declares, "Discover your own frontier!" I think it was for some youth group or something. I couldn't understand anything else he said, because the sound was so muffled. I think he might have been some old celebrity or something.
