I noticed that on SB US 1 and 13 along Roosevelt Blvd at the split where both routes head separate alignments the old button copied overheads has been replaced with reflective panels on pipe gantries.

However Broad Street is still not featured with PA 611 on the Exit to Wingohocking Street.  Talk about your carbon copied signs. Then again is US 13 acknowledged on PA 611 at Roosevelt Blvd in either direction.  Either PennDOT or the city has a lot to learn about signing routes and joined many other cities with Route trailblazing.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

The Ghostbuster

I just saw a story in CBS Philadelphia about that: https://www.cbsnews.com/philadelphia/news/south-philadelphia-penndot-investment-sports-complex-today/. Better access to arenas and stadiums are beneficial considering how many sports fans there are in the world (my favorite sports are basketball and American football).

Hopefully it better times the lights on Broad heading for I-95 but there is still a bottleneck on the ramp to I-95 SB because it narrows to one lane.

Technically, it'll only provide better access *away* from the arena, as they're building a new onramp to I-76 West.
