Finally, a somewhat interesting entry to this thread: left NY on the Cumberland Head/Grand Isle ferry (not a road, I know), and re-entered NY from VT 279/Bennington Bypass.

Left Oklahoma on US-66. Well, sort of. It was the old alignment of it between Erick and Texola and the state line. (Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. Four lane divided Bates concrete...Now that's the good stuff...)

Returned on plain old boring I-40.
