The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

What are they doing to the I-44 Arkansas River bridge in Tulsa? There are only 2 narrow lanes open. Merging from the EB I-44 C/D lane to the highway is a clusterfuck. It is dangerous.
