I find it very impleaseable.

It's incredible you haven't been banned yet. You provide zero substance to conversations on here.
You can file a complaint in the Human Resources Division, and in the Civil Rights Division as well.
As of late you seem to be working pretty hard as late on making yourself the most unlikable person the forum.  Question is are you doing it intentionally or not?

I'll take that as a yes on this being an intentional meltdown.

Unfortunately, it isn't easy to tell when someone is truly interested in having a fun time or when they're just trying to troll us. Beltway has an extensive history here with most of the problems stemming only from the last year or so. I still think maybe a month long break would do him good.

At least he has given us some very imimpleasing memes for us to laugh about!

I mean, he's always been prone to arguing with people (just look at the very extensive back and forth he had with sprjus4 regarding I-87 some years back), but back then it felt more rational and there wasn't this sense that he was forgetting prior arguments he had had.  Then he left the forum (IIRC it was something about not liking the posting climate here), only the randomly reappear one day acting as he does now.  Honestly, I've been questioning whether he has dementia at this point, since the arguments with him are eerily similar to the way interactions with some of my older relatives that had it went, subject matter and deliberate trolling aside.

You know it's you that was being made fun of, don't you? Your idiocy has gotten several threads locked that had some good conversation until you stuck your nose into it. If you're going to troll, at least attempt to make it funny. Study some of the old MTR trolls if you want to see how it is done. One-half star troll at best.

"Beltway" is becoming the most hated troll in the history of the online road hobby. He's more hated than early Tom from Ohio was. TFO was apparently at least funny, because some road enthusiasts have fond memories of his reign of terror.

Still trying to regain strength in my right leg following a car accident back in May (broken femur and lesfranc fracture to my foot).

Yesterday on a job site was struggling to keep up with the other guys. Still having pain in my right foot, it's present but I can function through it. The problem area is my left calf seems to fatigue a lot quicker now. I would guess it's because I'm subconsciously shifting my weight to the left side. If you were to look at my legs, my left calf is noticeably thicker.

Not sure what I can do at the gym to get myself to balance my weight more evenly.

I'm used to going to Google Maps from the URL maps.google.com. Usually I can reach this by just typing maps. and hitting enter and Firefox will autocomplete the rest.

Lately, however, a lot of links have been posted which start with https://maps.app.goo.gl so it's autocompleting to that. But if it doesn't have a specific location, that link doesn't actually work. So Firefox now autocompletes to a garbage link.

I lost 1.3 centimetres of muscle tissue when I fractured my fibula. I ended up regaining strength relatively quickly though regular hiking, stabilizing with hiking poles.

The way I solve that at work is to manually type "maps.google.com" and load the page in a few tabs until the browser is "re-trained".

I may have to do that. My first attempt to resolve it was to open the browser history and surgically excise the apps.goo.gl links. That worked for a few days but we're back to the bullshit already.

Of course the real solution is for Google to have maps.apps.goo.gl redirect to maps.google.com, but that would require Google to take a short break from being absolutely fucking incompetent and detestable at all times, so we can't have that.

With Firefox, you can create key words for sites that you've bookmarked. Then, when you type the keyword, it'll go there. I use aa for this web site, and gm for Google Maps, for example.
I-290   I-294   I-55   (I-74)   (I-72)   I-40   I-30   US-59   US-190   TX-30   TX-6

I've never heard of this feature. How do you do this? I've had the same experience noted above over the past two weeks with Google Maps in Firefox and this sounds like a more convenient workaround than using the mouse to click the correct item in the dropdown when I start typing "maps."

There is a no consistency with the door locks at the house in Mexico.  Some require turning the key to the right whereas others is to the left.  The oldest metal doors at least have cool Legend of Zelda style iron keys.

Eh, I've found little consistency in our old urban areas as well.

Sort of miss the variable big keys and metal doors of apartments in Russia, though.
