There are some neat options in it, too.  The "Ruteo" feature plots a driving route between two points;  the route is unfortunately not draggable, but it does give you the total toll amount and estimated cost of gasoline based on your car's fuel economy and price of gasoline (choose between regular, premium, or Diesel).  Zoom in far enough, and you can see individual address numbers.  Toggle between different maps—including OSM, Google satellite (without labels!), and even an INEGI orthophotomap.

It is a little slow and clunky.  I often have to refresh my page more than once.

Slow and clunky is better than nothing.  Google doesn't exactly have accurate information a lot of the time for down here.  Shame I won't be leaving town much during the rest of this trip, I'd like to test this more on the road.

It has "N/D" on quite a few highways that do really have numbers.  But I haven't found one yet with a number that's incorrect.

That N/D for the northern bypass of Jocotepec was indeed still correct.  I doubt that will ever be classified as Federal Highway 23.

By the way, this one is still usable.  It just takes a long time to load, so you might think it crashed on you.  Just be patient.

It's clunky to use, but it does also have a data download, which gives you a .zip folder.  I haven't poked around to see what's inside that folder.
