The 89 year old Railroad viaduct that's crumbling will be torn down and replaced starting Monday. In addition, MDOT will rebuild Fort Street from Oakwood Bvrd to Schaefer Hwy. The entire project should be finished in 2011 where MDOT will focus on the Rouge River Drawbridge.
