I-65 N Kentucky welcome center?

Odd question, but is it open??   I'm looking at an aerial and it looks like a tiny building that surely isn't big enough for a welcome center.  This is crucial because I'm trying to decide if, coming from Nashville, I want to get the two counties east of I-65 before meeting back up with I-65 north of Glasgow.

Just passed it last month, it is open. And looking at the aerial of that region, I believe that small building you saw was the welcome center, it should be just north of the border.
