California AG Rob cancelled the settlement with Paramount this morning

I wonder does Paramount have to do next?
Wake me up when they upgrade US-290 between the state's largest city and growing capital into expressway standards if it interstate standards.

If Paramount doesn't see progress in its controversial horizontal acquisition before October 1st, then they move from out of California
