I am creating a wordle thread for this forum!

RULES:
1. You can only guess a word once every 6 hours.
2. If you get the word right, you have 24 hours to post a word.
3. If all 6 guesses have been used up by guessers, the first guesser gets to do the word.
4. The chosen word is preferred to have something to do with roads/this forum, but any appropriate word can be used.
5. The Wordle “Hard Mode” is always in effect.
6. Guesses must be responded to in under 12 hours, if no response has happened after 24 hours, a new round can start.

EMOJIS:
  = Letter is in correct spot.
  = Letter is in the word, but wrong spot.
  or = Letter is not in word.

This is going to be like the many "Guess the..." challenges, but even more dependent on the author to respond quickly. Like right now, I'd make a guess, but I'd rather wait until we have information about the previous guess before I do (in fact, it's not specified, but I may actually be required to wait until then).

The words do not have to be in the Wordle Dictionary.

No, I mean the "hard mode" setting that the player chooses in Settings on the original Wordle game ("Any revealed hints must be used in subsequent guesses"). Are you saying the GM can set this on a per-word basis?

No, the original wordle hard mode is required, so no using guesses just to get letters.

As webny99 noted, this game will work best if the author answers quickly.

On a separate rules-related issue, not that it fits this go-around, but would TOTSO be considered a word, or just an acronym? Radar, for example, is an acronym that has been turned into a word. This forum has turned TOTSO into a word.
