Being a toll bridge, we might luck out and they will design something fresh, but I am not counting on it.

I have seen a lot of cable stayed and cantilever arch bridge designs get vetoed and replaced with basic reinforced concrete beams on repetitive pylons.

I have no inside knowledge, but I would guess that some sort of cable-stayed or basket-handle design would be used.
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

My guess is it will look like either the Louis & Clark or the Natcher.
