Southbound directions has been closed since March. After the completion of the work on Monday morning, the bridge will be fully opened in both directions. Work this weekend includes paving and signal work. There will be additional work needed for project including steel repairs, substructure repairs, and pedestrian bridge repairs. However traffic impacts will be minimal for this work. The project is estimated to be completed in February 2026.
