That might not be true any more.  E-ZPass agencies have been upgrading their equipment to accept stickers, and Illinois has switched to issuing stickers (nearly?) exclusively.

I'm late commenting on this, but my Illinois I-Pass sticker works on the Ohio Turnpike.  I'll be using the Pennsylvania Turnpike next month and will see what happens.

I had no issues with mine when I went to Lancaster in July. Traveled from Gateway to Harrisburg East with a stop at Breezewood. All transactions billed to the transponder.

Quote from: Great Lakes Roads on April 15, 2025, 02:03:04 AMHCTRA is proud to partner with four major tolling agencies in Florida so that EZ TAGS can be used there, and SunPass transponders will work here.

The tolling agencies are the Florida Turnpike Enterprise (FTE), LeeWay (LCF), Greater Miami Expressway Agency (GMX), and the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA).

https://www.cfxway.com/faqs/ In the using EZ Pass and other transponders on CFX expressways section it says:

Will my Texas TollTag, Kansas K-TAG or Oklahoma PIKEPASS work in Florida?

CFX will soon accept toll payments for vehicles using the Texas TollTag, Kansas K-TAG and Oklahoma PIKEPASS toll passes on CFX expressways, effective date to be announced.

When using these passes, you will be charged the electronic toll rate.

WELL...

I recently went on a trip passing through Texas with my SunPass PRO transponder in the Sam Houston Tollway and Katy Tollway, which as far as I'm aware should accept SunPass as of March. However, a couple weeks ago I got a bill in the mail for the full amount and the transactions never posted on my SunPass account. Was there some kind of malfunction in the system that occurred late July / early August, either by HCTRA or FTE? Did anyone else have this issue?

The customer service agent I spoke to didn't know what the issue was either, as she was under the impression that SunPass was accepted in TX now. My account was valid, had sufficient funding, and my plate was clearly visible. Additionally, the tolls in Oklahoma posted correctly later in my trip. I'm glad the $10 admin fee was waived though
