That's nice of all, and I understand the complexity of the project but still five years to add a single toll lane, which will effectively be the result. Most people will actually see this is pretty frustrating.

Well if those people just completely ignore the fact the they're getting brand new bridges and pavement for all the lanes, and not just a new toll lane, then maybe they deserve to be frustrated.

Yeah, I'm sure people will be able to do all that while they're sitting in gridlock traffic after several hundred million dollars were just spent because they only decided to add a toll lane in each direction. I mean, who the fuck would defend this shit.
