So many possible plays to be thankful for.  But that puts the pressure on to make them interesting.

The I-95/Massachusetts 128 split, where you can be thankful that 128 is a meaningful number on at least part of its length.  August 27, 2010.

I-25 and New Mexico 599, where you can be thankful for a relief route on your way to Taos.  April 12, 2002.

Maryland 25 and I-695, where we can be thankful that we're about as far away from the Key Bridge on I-695 as we can be so no discussion about its replacement is needed in response to me posting this picture (except possibly more flying dolphins).  August 14, 2018.

Northbound US-127 at I-94 just outside Jackson, MI:

Eastbound I-94 (and I-69) approaching M-25 in Port Huron, MI in 2012 (these are original BGSs after the freeway was reconstructed.  The connector to M-25 used to be to the left.  A friend of mine who worked for MDOT at the time told me it was a regular occurrence for a Port Huron-bound motorist to ignore the signs, stubbornly follow his not-yet-updated GPS's direction to exit left to M-25, and find himself heading to Canada.  These new signs were replaced with ones eliminating the 69/94 shields and showing Canadian and American flag icons instead):
