NY and OH are much easier for me to play as adjacent states than DE, NJ, and WV just due to number of routes.  MD tends to not be easy to have both route numbers in the same photo.

For my own submissions, I've added the house rule that both routes must show in the photo.  Usually not a problem for WI photos.  I have far more OH photos but a lot of junction assemblies don't show both routes.
