This is really stretching the definition of "adjacent state," but the only play I had that's even remotely close to Oregon was US 54 and US 84 in Santa Rosa, NM:

For 2/4's x4/y4 day, my options are very limited.  I've been able to use at most one each per adjacent state/province and still get 3 per day, but not today.  The few valid matches I have are all in Pennsylvania, so I'll pick the only of those that I don't think I've played somewhere so far.
