I can finally share photos from Oregon again, since the state features four of these junctions and I have photos of two of them.

As of my last visit in 2021, OR 414 was completely unsigned, but it is the road continuing straight ahead in the photo. It's also only about a mile long, so ODOT might consider it too insignificant to post shields for it.

Oregon has 1 junction where three 20's meet: US 20, OR 22 and OR 126. I've used this junction twice before, but here's a third view of the intersection:
