I had that sign, too, but passed on it because the signage didn't mention 395.  I don't need to be so picky, since the rules don't require that.  But it worked out since you posted it anyway.  Here's my shot of it:



I also had the junction of US 95 and US 95A in Schurz, NV, but also passed on it because for some reason I didn't photograph a shield assembly with both route's shields -- no idea why (probably laziness):

Looks like tornado alley is the place to be for x5/y7 combinations.

US 77 and US 275 run concurrently through Fremont, Nebraska.  August 21, 2017.



US 65, US 67, and US 167 all come together in North Little Rock, Arkansas.  July 23, 2005.



US 287 and US 385 have the north end of their concurrency in the middle of Lamar, Colorado.  April 28, 2004.
