New England only likes numbers with small tens digits. Half the routes are 1-49, and the other half are 101-149.

Here is what to expect for the rest of this season:
April 20: Post the junction of two routes in a state* bordering yours, where one route's number has a 7 in the tens place, and the other route's number has a 8 in the tens place.
April 21: Post the junction of two routes in a state* bordering yours, where one route's number has a 7 in the tens place, and the other route's number has a 9 in the tens place.
April 22: Post the junction of two routes in a state* bordering yours, where both routes have a number containing a 8 in the tens place.
April 23: Post the junction of two routes in a state* bordering yours, where one route's number has a 8 in the tens place, and the other route's number has a 9 in the tens place.
April 24: Post the junction of two routes in a state* bordering yours, where both routes have a number containing a 9 in the tens place.

From May to August, the theme is concurrencies only! No geographical constraints will apply. Qualifying photos will show concurrent trailblazers, or guide markers on cross streets showing multiple routes with arrows pointing in the same direction. A good example for 71 and 175 would be my pair of trailblazers shown in the Iowa photo I posted to day. And a good example for qualifying guide markers would be my 79 and 170 photo for Wisconsin; since Routes 79 and 170 both have arrows pointing to the left, this clearly indicates the start of a concurrency for Routes 79 and 170.
