Right here in Amsterdam, New York 30 and New York 67 have some one-way concurrencies including this one on Church Street.  November 3, 2001, way before this stretch of the New York 5 westbound arterial became a 2-way street.

It took some hunting, but I found one -- NJ 70 and NJ 38 are briefly concurrent in Pennsauken (at least GSV shows them as a signed concurrence!):
