@formulanone I am unsure if FL 70 is concurrent with US 441 or not, but I do not think 700 applies here.

FL 70 crosses US 441 in downtown Okeechobee, about 25 miles or so north of here, so they are not concurrent. Coincidentally, US 441's long concurrency with US 98 that began near Royal Palm Beach ends at that junction with FL 70, with US 98 joining FL 70 for about 1.5 miles before splitting off on its own towards Sebring.

This throwback was before I-85 BL was decommissioned in NC. This is where I-85 BL (along with US 29 & US 70) merged with I-40 (along with US 220) eastbound in Greensboro. I-85 BL was formed after I-85 was removed from its original alignment through Greensboro proper and routed onto the Greensboro Urban Loop to the south and east of the city. When I-85 BL was decommissioned, US 70 was also removed from the highway and routed along city streets between Greensboro and High Point. This now leaves US 29 as the only route on this carriageway merging with I-40 (and US 220) at this point.

I would argue that Wendover Avenue (with an old-fashioned freeway for a bit west of US 220) and NC 68 are mostly arterials, but yeah US 70 is on surface roads in the area now.

I was going to use US-40/US-287 so as to not use the beaten-to-death multiplex with US-24 and BL I-70.  Fortunately I have one other Limon photo:

US 98 in FL, the gift that keeps on giving!!

US 41 joins US 98 in an east-west one-way couplet wrong-way concurrency through downtown Brooksville. At this point, US 41 south is heading westbound, and will turn north one block at the traffic light before heading west again. The opposite side of the light is the end of the eastbound direction of the one-way couplet.
