Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory is a common theme in Bears losses.

Unfortunately, I'll have to agree with you. The downfall was when they fired Mike Ditka over 30 years ago.

Apparently many Bears fans think Ditka wasn't anything and Buddy Ryan was the reason they won. Ditka did fail on the Saints.

Late in their game at Green bay on Thursday, two Washington players were down with ankle injuries.  I heard nothing more about them, how bad were they?
