An issue on the I-25 Express Lanes was found out that caused a ton of tickets last month that were thankfully dismissed. 

I am now a PennDOT employee.  My opinions/views do not necessarily reflect the opinions/views of PennDOT.

Wasn't there also some controversy involving motorists being ticketing for crossing a single-white line on the C470 express lanes? Even though it was an exit-only area, it was still striped with a single-white line rather than a double-white (which IMHO is what it should have been striped with).
I can drive 55 ONLY when it makes sense.

I'm glad the woman won her case against CDOT regarding the issue. It certainly didn't help that the person in charge of the lane control signals forgot to change the red X to a green arrow before clocking out the night before.
