Human hair trimmings from barber shops and salons, hair will be sorted by color. Blondes, redheads and grey / white hair preferred, as well as dyed hair such as blue. Bosley will train DOT employees to surgically implant the hair into the roadway.

To make our motorists happier and more productive, the white lines will become white lines.

Non-transportational use of coke will remain illegal, and the bulk purchases by DOTs will drive the price beyond affordability for most people, helping reduce recreational abuse. There may be some kinks to work out, but this seems like a win-win overall.
