I don't know what the diet is, but I'm guessing the workout program is emulating kernals' disdain for walking.

Burgers, burritos, chicken nuggets.  Any food item you can hold with one hand while steering with the other, and no utensils.  No vegetables other than french fries and onion rings.

This is supposed to be 'worst possible answer', not 'best'.

More like meatball subs and noodle soup.

I dunno...while being the wheelman, I prefer the simplicity of cracking open a lobster, biting into some freshly-sliced watermelon, and using chopsticks while devouring lo mein always makes the distracting tasks involved with driving seem to vanish, for some reason.
