"You know, you never have a guaranteed spot until you have a spot guaranteed."
—Olaf Kolzig, as quoted in the Washington Times on March 28, 2003,
commenting on the Capitals clinching a playoff spot.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"
—Kolzig, to the same reporter a few seconds later.

But these are the ones that shouldn't be.

My answer is Avenue B, Seagraves, Texas.

I would say Saudi Arabia National Highway 10 which has the longest straight section in the world at 240 km but because this question is in honor of Pride Month I decided not to, meaning it is open to anyone else

C'mon, people, the happiest road in the world has got to be Main Street, USA in Disneyland.

Whatever it is, it must be outside the US. Thanks to Sean Duffy's war on rainbow crosswalks, all American roads are 100% heterosexual.

Gotta be a tie between I-238 and I-343. They both serve to generate tons of useful discussion on this site.

Honorable mention to I-180, both IL and WY.

I-135.  Without it, the northern 99.6% of the freeway from I-35 to I-70 would just be US-81, and apparently there's something wrong with that being the case, I guess.
