Take your pick:
{a}  What highway should be named after Bill Clinton, and why?
{b}  What highway should be named after Bill Cosby, and why?

Any single-track road in Scotland that doesn't have a lot of curves. Reason: Anyone using such a road is on the "straight and narrow," so of course one can't help but think of the two individuals you've named.

This one, for obvious reasons.

Because my prior entry applied to both of them, I'm going to nominate the street in Brooklyn on which my father grew up as a street that should bear the Clinton name. But I suppose there might be an argument that it would be more appropriate for Hillary Clinton.

All highways numbered 15, because which roads would be named after him would depend on what the definition of 15 is.
